Problem description
System RAID degrade alarm.
Problem analysis
1. The alarm implied that the /proc/mpt2sas/mpt2sas0-luns file could not be found on VMU.
2. The system disk fault indicative light was off.
3. Collected the hardware log and confirmed that the system disk was under normal status.
4. Checked whether the disk SAS driver was correctly installed.
Root cause
The disk SAS driver was incorrectly installed.
Solution description
Reinstalled the system disk SAS driver to regenerate the /proc/mpt2sas/mpt2sas0-luns file.
