Switches start, but routers do not

Thanks. Those action are either done, or not do not help or not related. Again, the point is - switches start, routers do not.

Is there any prompt message when you start the router alone?

please try re-register the device in the eNSP, and restart the eNSP again.
By the way, do not install the virtual box 6.2, instead version 5.2.x

if your eNSP is the latest version install virtual box version 5.2x. And install virtual box on the directory where the eNSP is
installed

First Disable your firewall then install virtual box and finally Ensp. All the routers will work perfectly. and also after finishing work stop your devices properly and close Ensp. Otherwise you may face issues next time.

Borhter you may need to enable virtualization in your BIOS settings as well.

May be there should an issue of package for that you need to add the configuration file than you are able to run thee router properly. after Import the package restart the router it will work properly
