Hello all,

We had three S5731-H48P4XC(V200R019C00SPC200) in a stack, they rebooted automatically, and then all three switches were restored to factory settings. May I ask what the possible causes are?

Hi,

According to command output, the devices restart because the PNP button is pressed and lasts for more than 6 seconds.

pnp

It is recommended that you upgrade the device version to V200R019C10SPC500, which optimizes the processing of the PNP button. In earlier versions, if a switch in the stack triggers the PNP button, all the switches in the stack restore to default settings and restart automatically. In the new version, only the switch that triggers the PNP button restores to default settings and restarts.
