Hi,
The
startup failure of these devices is related to the performance counter
of the Windows operating system. You can follow the eNSP FAQs to repair
the counter:
(1). Log in to the PC on which the eNSP is installed.
(2). Choose Start > All Programs > Accessories.
(3). Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
(4). Enter the required command in the command line window that is displayed and start the counter.
• If the PC uses the Win7, Win8 or Win10 operating system, enter lodctr /R.
• If the PC uses the Windows XP operating system, enter lodctr /R:PerfStringBackup.ini.
If
the startup still fails after the counter is repaired, start the
related devices through the CMD command line and send the logs to the
Huawei maintenance personnel.
