Hi community,

We currently test the S5731H switch but I'd like to know what is the main difference between the "S", "L" or "H" model.

Many thanks,

Greg.

@Ptipoussin588 hello,
usually, S represents for the standard version, L represents for the simplified version, H represents for the advanced. Commonly, there is another name E, which represents for the enhanced version.
Usually, the performance for L S E and H queues as L<S<E<H.

Well, in terms of performance there is no difference between them. For example the S5731-S and the S5731-H both have the same specifications, and the S is Standard and the H is for High-level. The differences are in other parameters, like the number of ports, the capacity of the ports, if it supports PoE, and other features.
Best regards
