Switch is turning off sometimes.

hello

There is S5700-24TP-PWR-SI. It became  completely switch of  periodically.

All lights are not work except the power supply. To turn supply power button off and then on is not help to decide the problem.
If I pull out the wire and then put it in that make OK. By the way, this power socket, which the switch is power in supplying 10 switches.
What the reason of this problem may be? Is there some logs in the S5700-24TP-PWR-SI that I can to see?

Try to upgrade to the lastest version to see if it could fix this problem

I do not like it in one line:

What does it mean?

and why different date \ time? (Aug 27 2015 11:09:04 ..... 2008-09-30 16:01.20)
