Two
Quorum has two IP @ that work in Active/Standby mode and are on different
network segments. After the port in use is down, why does't the quorum server
switch to standby IP @?<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
The
first (Active) Quorum: Active IP @ is 10.99.55.118 and Standby is 10.99.56.118
The
second (Standby) Quorum: Active IP @ is 10.99.56.119 and Standby is
10.99.55.119
Client found how to configure the IP @ on the Quorum server, but would like to know how to switch
Active IP @ to Standby IP @ on the Quorum Server.
About Quorum server , you can not deploy it as HA mode , even you make HA cluster from OS level , it is also Ineffective for Quorum software . That's why quorum server did not switch .
This is not network adapters bonding or teaming, suggest you contact the business specialist to find how to configure the heartbeat to switch Active IP to Standby IP。:)
