[Description]
After logging in to VCM SEM and going to System > System Configuration > Surveillance Platform, when the customer tried to modify the credentials used by the VCM5010 to log in to a VCN, he got the following error:

[Issue handling]
Firstly, the customer checked for connectivity between VCM5010 and VCN and everything looks ok:

After that, the customer logged into the IVS client using the account configured on the VCM5010 to connect to VCN and the IVS client prompted for the password to be changed, because the default policy requires that the password to be changed at the first login. After successfully changing the password here, the customer changed also the password in VCM5010, under System > System Configuration > Surveillance Platform. Following this operation, after clicking on "Save", the problem was solved and no other error appeared.
[Root cause]
The problem was caused by the fact that after first-time provisioning the user in the VCN, the customer should have connected to the IVS client and change the initial password.
[Solution]
Log in to IVS client and change the initial password, then go on VCM5010 (under System > System Configuration > Surveillance Platform) and change the password there also.
