Currently, the SmartLogger supports Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 9, Internet Explorer 10, Firefox and Google Chrome. Its compatibility with Internet Explorer 11 has not been tested. It is reported that Internet Explorer 11 has been used onsite. Internet Explorer 8 and Internet Explorer 9 are recommended.
Windows 7 or a later operating system version is recommended. To comply with Huawei's cyber security requirements, SmartLogger supports only the operating system and browser versions listed in the following table:

If the WebUI cannot be accessed, perform the following steps:
Step 1 If no proxy is used, perform the following steps:
1. Open Internet Explorer;
2. Choose Tools > Internet Options;
3. Click the Connections tab and click the LAN Settings button, as shown in the following figure. Clear Use a proxy server for your LAN (These settings will not apply to dial-up or VPN connections), as shown in the following figure.
4. Click OK.
Step 2 Confirm the IP address for the SmartLogger.
To log in to the WebUI of the SmartLogger, enter https://SmartLoggerIP address in the address box of Internet Explorer. The default password is Changeme.
If you use Internet Explorer 11, clear Use TLS 1.2 and select Use TLS 1.0 and Use TLS 1.1, as shown in the following figure.
