Hello!
I was logged in to the forum. Then I enter support website. And it asked me to login. Then I think that I was returning to the forum and do something there. And than I go to the support website again. And it asked me about login again.

I also faced problem with support website today.
Login page was not worked (Error 404).
Now I can login, but i noticed that number of hi coins in my profile dramatically decreased :-(
Looks like website was restired from backup...

As I remember some points may have a period of life. Maybe it is this - they become too old and go to have some rest :)
