Sometimes, if your residential inverter SUN2000L is connected also to a Battery (LG RSU7H or LG RSU10H) on Fusion Home Ap******eteco monitoring can be raised an alarm 2081-1 - communication between the inverter and the battery is abnormal.
Below are the steps to follow first time in order to recover the battery:
1. Check that the communications cable and power cable between the SUN2000 and the battery are properly connected.
2. Check that the battery auxiliary power ON/OFF switch is turned on properly.
3. Send a shutdown command on the app. Turn off the AC output switch, DC input switch, and battery switch in order, and then turn on the battery switch, AC output switch, and DC input switch in sequence after 5 minutes.
After you'll follow all the steps above, if the alarm is still active one of the reason can be that the battery need an upgrade. If any upgrade is not available for battery in your Fusion Home App, you can make this upgrade manually.
First you need to request this upgrade file to eu_inverter_support@huawei.com, save it to your telephone and follow the steps below:
-> Log as Installer on Fusion Home APP
-> Go to Device Maintenance
-> Go to Upgrade Device
-> Go to Upgrade the Battery
-> Go to Manually Select
The upgrade takes less than 5 minutes.
After upgrade check if the battery will be recovered (green LED on the monitoring page, battery abnormal alarm removed).
