BATTERY : LUNA2000-5kw-co

I trusted Huawei for an inverter plus 10kw Luna 2000 battery for my house to pair with solar panels

and once installed I am told that the software at Huawei is currently unavailable to operate the system.

Can you confirm to me that your software is not available
