Fault description
One of the SUN2000-50 KTL-MO inverters is struggling with the 'Grid loss' alarm.

Software version
V300R001C00SPC105
What had to be done on site:
1. turned off the AC and DC, wait for 10 mins and restart the Inverter;
2. checked the AC and DC String Voltage;
3. checked the insulation of the DC Cable;
4. check for the Alarm and Status of the inverter through the SUN2000 app;
5. downloaded the Inverter Log and Photographs taken.
Problem analysis
1. Checked the inverter log every 5 minutes; the Runstate of the inverter shows inverter shutdown: communication disconnected.

2. Checked the inverter user logs, it shows that the client enabled the 'Communication interrupt shutdown' setting, but the communication of the site was not commissioned.


3. Suggested the customer to disable this setting and then the inverter went back to normal.
Root cause
The parameter settings are incorrect.
