Sun2000 11.4 Inverter with 45 panels (3 strings of 15 each) Huawei Optimizers Inverter SN:210107371110K5000007

Been following utube vids and talking with the dealer that sold me the system but no one is able to help me understand next troubleshooting steps or validate what my current finding mean.

After intial start up I ran through the quick settings menu and it originaly recognised only a few panels but after playing around I asked dealer for help and was told to Unlock the Optimizers via the Expert menu in the Perameter Configuration > Expert Menu

I have since found I forgot to connect one optimizer and rectified that issue. Several scans and attempts to resolve current situation is that 1 string of 15 is up an running and producing power. If I run a new scan it "sees" 43 of the 45 panels.

It shows these 43 panels in the Device Managment > Add Delete device menu but it seem like all15 from string one are working but no others appear on the Device Information > Device Status screen?

Why would it even see the optimizers from the other strings if it was not a complete circuit ? OR is is because I unlocked the optimizers in a previous  step? if so is there a way to lock them again to confirm that is why I see them now?

I also tried to upgrade the optimizers via the device maintenance >upgrade device menu but within there it shows a message in red print "multiple optimizer versions exist. Click to view". However, when I click to view, it shows me two different lists of optimizers each having different versions but not allowing me to select any of them to continue. If anyone can suggest a way to bring these optimizers to the same version, maybe that will help.

Any help is appreciated.

When I first booted the inverter, I was concerned there might had been a reversed string, so I disconnected the other string, while the inverter started with just one. Maybe you can isolate the out of date optimizers in one string and only have that connected to the inverter. Not sure that would solve the problem.

Also, there is a bug with the commissioning tool (actually a bunch), and the device-status page only shows one string.

Not entirely sure how the inverter detects the optimizers, but think it uses ground lead. Might be that one power lead and the ground wire might be enough. No idea. However, it didn't recognized mine in the proper order, but did saw all of them.
