The Cloud being unable to get the card information is caused by the failure of the WinPcap installation. Please uninstall WinPcap and then re-install it.
How to uninstall a clean version of WinPcap:
1. Uninstall WinPcap in the Control Panel.
2. In the services.msc MessageManagerService to the service to manual;
3. In the C disk under the global search packet WINDOWS file whereWinpcap unloaded after the Windows directory, delete the following documents:
C: \ windows \ ... \ Packet.dll
C: \ windows \ ... \ drivers / npf.sys
C: \ windows \ ... \ WanPacket.dll
C: \ windows \ ... \ wpcap.dll
C: \ windows \ ... \ pthreadVC.dll
If you can not delete, you can rename. Restart the computer, delete the rename file, you can install WinPcap.
P.S.: If you do not clear the residual file, WinPcap will always fail to install and you won't be able to get the card information.
