The new OSN6800 device communicates with the ETH port of the old device OSN6800 through the network cable. Since the old device main subrack OSN8800 has four devices connected in series, the OSN6800 device has dialed the subrack ID 5 before powering up. The network cable is also connected in advance, the device is powered, the network management shows the subrack ID conflict, the main subrack business is interrupted! The first time the device is powered up, the chip software between the DMX chip and the main control board is not loaded properly, resulting in abnormal communication. The default subrack ID of the main control board is 0, so the service conflict is caused by the conflict with the main subrack device ID. After the new OSN6800 is re-dialed, it must be restarted at least twice to ensure that the internal chip software of the main control board and the auxiliary board are fully activated and an effective connection is established!
