In this post, I will explain the cause for stuck when logging in to the IVS.
Problem Description
Stucked when logging in to the IVS.
Problem Analysis
We check the IVS version, it was the same as the VCN.
We found that different accounts have the same issues.
Solution Description
We confirmed that the IVS was not run as the administrator, so the account doesn't have administrator rights, running IVS need to have administrator rights.
After giving the IVS the administrator rights, the issue is resolved.
