I have a problem on my Huawei CloudEngine S5735S-L24P4X-A
After resetting by pressing PNP button for 6 sec, and the LED was blinking, accidentaly my electricity was blacked out, then i tried to turn it on again.
But the firmware was gone, and i got stuck on BootROM.
I tried to upload the new firmware by tftp and ftp, but it was failed because of time out, im using tftpd64 and set the port 69.
Please help me, im suffering with this problem :(

Hello,
You only need the system software (.cc) to start the device.
I guess there are two possible causes for the 'invalid startup package':
1. The uploaded software file is damaged. Please try to download the software package again and upload it to the switch through FTP in binary mode.
2. The original switch version is too early. If the original version older than V200R007C00SPC500, the device can't be upgrade toV200R019C10 directly. Instead, it need to be upgraded to V200R010 and then to V200R019C10.

Anyway, as LuizPuppin said, you'd better to contact TAC to get a solution.

Hi,
Maybe the FTP parameters are not directly set. Kindly refer to the link to check the configuration.

I already had this problem. Before upload the system software, try the option to format flash and install the system. Probably will mark some bad blocks on flash.
This is a new switch. If the format flash doesn´t give a result, the better is to open a TAC to get a solution.

is your file was formatted ? (all files on the flash)
and, before installing the system, what files are needed?
because in huawei support i just have this file

- MIB-V200R019C10SPC500.zip
-S5735-L-V200R019C10SPC500.cc
-Switch-MiniUSB-driver.004.zip
-YANG-V200R019C10SPC500.zip

and there isn't vrpcfg.zip
