stripping out outer tag and using only inner tag

Hi,
How to convert double tagged frame to single tag, stripping out the outer tag and using inner tags as single tags on 5720/6720 switches

Hi hashbang,
In your situation, you can configure the left interface of the switch to pass through the inner and outer vlan, and the right interface to untag the outer vlan, tag or untag the inner vlan. Kindly refer the example below:

1300/200 <-----G0/0/1>Switch<G0/0/2------->Router(vlan 200)
G0/0/1:
interface GigabitEthernet0/0/1
port hybrid tagged vlan 1300 200 //Allow all the outer vlans and inner vlans.

G0/0/2:
interface GigabitEthernet0/0/2
port hybrid tagged vlan 200 //Allow all the inner vlans tagged or untagged.
port hybrid untagged vlan 1300 //Allow all the outer vlans untagged

I'll try both but still
I'm getting many pw carrying the same inner tags. So I want to terminate to inner tags only.
will try both the solutions.
currently on my access side its
interface Eth-Trunk3.1
qinq stacking vid 200 pe-vid 1301
vll on 1301
so on core side I want to strip 1301 and use only 200 vlan

I think its not possible as getting inner vlan (vlan 200) on different pw as inner tags. U cannot have single inner tag on multiple outertags. The purpose is how to have more than 2 pws as only primary and secondary are allowed. Will give diagram shortly

You just need tag the packet when forwarding out the switch.

i'm recieving double tags the outer tag keeps on changing and I want to use only inner tag towards router
outer tag/inner 1300/200 <.....>switch<>router (vlan 200)

Can you show us how you are doing the configuration?

Hi hashbang,
Sorry, kindly a little confused.
Do you mean the PE side receive double tagged packets and you want to strip the outer vlan on the PE side, and transfer the packets using only the inner VLAN through the MPLS backbone, to the remote PE?
