Hello guys:
I´m facing some problem installling a new LPU to a switch.
s7703: version v200r010
LPU: ES1D2X32SSC0
If you made a research, you can find that always is right and there is no compatibility problem on that configuration.
The problem is when i insert the card, i can´t inserted complete, it seems something is acting like an obstacle. Please look the picture and give me your points my friend.

The obstacle you talked about is a protective case to protect the stitch of the slot. You should remove it before inserting the LPU slot. After the protective case has been removed and before inserting the slot, please do check the pins on the socket - make sure all the pins are not deformed or crooked. Check the pins in the red quadrilateral (as the picture below shows) and other sockets which are not shown in the picture:  |
