Strange failure of MA5680T GPBD board

The GPBD single board version 807 shows normal when the optical modem is not plugged in, and it can be registered if the optical modem is plugged in. Only after a minute or so, the optical port of the single board will be offline, and the query port shows that the board is faulty. At this time, the light cat lights up red.

Unplug the cat, after a while, the board will return to normal again, and so on.

What's the problem? How to solve?
