hello , dear ,about your issue , please share detail version and error information , I have met a similar problem and hope to help you.
The LUN mapping is incorrect.
As a result, write I/O data on different LUNs is written to other LUNs,
damaging data on other LUNs. As a result, the mirror data of some VMs is
damaged and BSOD occurs after the VMs are started.
and about storage :
You may have removed the LUN from the LUN group and added the LUN to the LUN group. You can check whether the following operations have been performed. If yes, it indicates that you are removing and adding the LUN, the sequence of LUNs is different. As a result, the LUN slots are changed. If the LUNs are not scanned on all hosts at the same time, the host does not detect the change on the storage device. If the switch restarts unexpectedly, the LUN mapping is incorrect.
If the mapping is incorrect, scan the
storage device and restart the multipathing service to restore the device. Run
the following commands on the host:
rescan-scsi-bus-uvp
systemctl
restart multipathd.service
