The customer has some issues with Veeam Backup & Replication. Veeam
uses the HyperSnap feature of the storage system, it is licensed, and
veeamconnect has all the necessary rights to work with snapshots. But
the following events rarely appear:

veeam connect succeeded in deleting the snapshot after removing the LUN (6341) from the LUN group (ID 11) , It is configuration issue .
Remove the snapshot from the LUN group and then try it again .
