[Symptom]
When the N8500 cluster NAS engine is initialized, command execution times out on the Start Deployment page.
[Possible cause]
An error occurs when the installation command is executed.
[Handling procedure]
Step 1: Log in to the ISM using the Console IP address.
Step 2: Choose All Devices > Cluster NAS Storage System > Device Information. Click the cluster NAS engine.
Step 3: Select all nodes.
Step 4: Choose Node Management > Restart.
Step 5: On the deployment server, ping the Console IP address of the N8500. When the IP address is pinged, the N8500 is started.
Step 6: On the Step 6-6 Start Deployment page, click Last Step then Next Step to restart the deployment.
Step 7: Check whether the deployment is complete.
l If yes, the procedure is complete.
l If no, keep the fault environment intact and contact technical support engineers.
