I have inquiries related to Storage Firmware Upgrade frequency standard as below:

 

1.       How often is the Major version released?

2.       How often is the Patch released for a version?

3.       Is it recommended to Upgrade firmware of storage each 6 months? If yes, please provide recommendation standard…

4.       If there is a bug and has to be fixed immediately, what is the SLA to receive the new version for upgrade?

Currently, there is no such requirement. The new version of the development personnel is developed according to the work plan. The patch version is based on function requirements or product bugs. Therefore, we regret that we do not provide this notice.
