After the planned migration, fault recovery, or test is performed for Oracle, SQL Server, or LUN in OceanStor ReplicationDirector, the message "The storage device is not connected to the initiator" is displayed.
Check as follows.
1 On Replication server, ping the IP address of the DR host to check the connection between OceanStor ReplicationDirector and the DR host.
2.Check whether OceanStor ReplicationDirector Agent and the multipathing software are installed correctly on the DR host and work correctly.
3.Check whether hosts and initiators are associated correctly on storage arrays.
4.Check whether storage arrays added on sites are refreshed. If the storage arrays are not refreshed, choose Settings > Resources > Storage. In the added storage array list that is displayed, click to refresh the storage arrays in the shortcut button area.
