Steps which need to be done before any software upgrade of OSN902

Hi all!

First of all the NE condition need to be checked, there is the procedure: Health Before Package Loading Upgrade.Next files are needed:

1. Health check record files:NEID_YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS_out.htmlNEID_YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS_Err.html

2. Health check log files: NEID_Extend Check TCL_yyyymmdd_hhmmss.log

If the extended check script fails to run, collect the logs \server\var\logs\Develop\DCServer\tkdll_log from the U2000 server installation directory, and provide them to Huawei engineers for analysis.
