Static Users being Cut Manually Fail to Come Online because the BAS Interface of

1. Trace the services of static users, and it is found that there are no service packets in three minutes after cutting the user; see the following: 
 --[2005/11/14 15:56:34-][CM][0012-3f14-1706]:Receive ARP_DETECT_ACK from ARP (userid:189)
  --[2005/11/14 15:59:35-][ARP][0012-3f14-1706]:Receive ARP  Packet (Arpid:87,User-Vlan :3503,Qinq-Vlan:3501,OpType:2)
2. After being configured with IP TRIGER for BAS interface, the user could could access network at once. 

1. In configuration of static user, the parameter of DETECT is not configured, so MA5200G is not active to detect if users have come online. 
2. BAS interface is not configured with IP TRIGER to use IP packets to trigger users online. 
The case is resulted by the second reason,the user is cut manually and the client PC still has ARP item so it will send IP packet but not arp packet. MA5200G BAS interface is not configured with IP TRIGER ,so use IP packets can't trigger users online.After 3minutes client's ARP item will expire and send arp packet, then user will get online.
