static route and OSPF

we all know that in cisco static route is prefered over any dynamic routing protocl but when I started study Huawei courses I found that ospf prefered over static route. did any one has obivios reason for that ?

@Amr_Fayrouz_Elattar preference, which called administative distance in cisco, is depending on the different manufacturer, it's not compulsive.
maybe the designer of Huawei think that the routes learn from the routing protocol are more believable than those are configured manually, on the contrary, cisco has the opposite conclusion.static route and OSPF-2851131-1

It is admin configuration and you can manipulate it later, but Huawei as any vendor has a unique admin distance for all protocols
