Dear Chantha, I wish it can help u as below:

A. If a high bandwidth of the link between two directly connected devices is required bot the remote device does not support LACP, you can use the manual load balancing mode.
C. The interface that forwards data is called the active interface, whereas the interfaces that does not forward data is called the inactive interface. The backup interface changes from inactive to active only when the active interface dails.
D. When preemption is enabled and an active interface fails, the backup interface with a larger priority becomes the active interface after a delay. If preemption is disabled, the faulty interface cannot automatically become the active interface.

Have a nice day!

Static LACP means that LACP is mandatory to form a operational link.

Dynamic LACP will allow links to become operational without proper LACP nogotiation.

One of the use cases op LACP dynamic is PXE boot of for example a bare metal Citrix server being provisioned by PVS services.

The server would not be able to generate LACP BPDU until the proper drivers of the OS are loaded so withdynamic the server can come online without a LACP eth-trunk and switch to LACP based ether-trunk as the OS drivers are loaded.

So the common way to configure would be static unless your specific use case requires otherwise.
