We have AP6052DNand AP7060DN. The issue is for the AP7060DN only.

The Laptops can’t detect the SSID of AP7060DN, but when we move the same device near any AP6052DN, the SSID's shows up.

It's the same controllerAC6005/configuration for both the AP6052DN and AP7060DN. It's no difference if the SSID is open or secured by password/RADIUS.

A large difference between AP7060DN and AP6052DN is that by default, the radio type in the 5G radio profile of AP7060DN is 802.11ax, whereas that in AP6052DN is 802.11ac.

I found an issue which seems identical to the issue described by you. There is an incompatibility between the Intel Wifi card and the 802.11ax protocol.

If your computer use one of the following Intel wireless adapters with the driver version earlier than 20.70.0. You will encounter such a problem.
l   Intel@Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260
l   Intel@Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265
l   Intel@Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260
l   Intel@Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265
l   Intel@Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165
l   Intel@Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168
l   Intel@Wireless-AC 9260
l   Intel@Wireless-AC 9560
l   Intel@Wireless-AC 9461
l   Intel@Wireless-AC 9462

The solution is to upgrade Inter driver to 20.70.0 or later, or (workaround) use 802.11ac, not the 802.11ax as a temporary measurement.

How do we configure the AP to use 802.11ac as a workaround?
