Start not Google play store on my Chinese Huawei y5 lite

Recently I bought a new Chinese Huawei y5 lite .then when after i start Google play store but Google play store is not open . Please tell me how to open my Google play store.
So
I there for kindly please tell me why start and open my Google play store and download and other Google play services
