Hi, Today we enabled the sta-offline-delay to stop user from authenticating again when they disconnect from the AP for a short while, Initially it works for while, then it requires users to authentication again.

Do you guys have any suggestions? It would be appreciated for any suggestions.

Thanks.

Would you please confirm the number of the connected users when the re-authentication is required when re-connect to the AP.
Because you configured sta-offline-delay max-number 1000, if the number of the accessing users exceeds 1000, by default, an AP is enabled to force STAs in offline delay state to go offline and allow new STAs to go online after the number of STAs reaches the maximum.
