Hi there!
They have different board feature codes. Therefore, the optical modules installed before delivery may be different. For details, see the actual situation.

Thanks!

Thanks for the explanation but it does not clarify
the difference between SSN1SLQ4A15 and SSN1SLQ4A02, I do not know what the type of optical interface translates to. SSN1SLQ4A15 Feature Code 15 Type of Optical interface S-4-1, does this mean it's short reach single port? There is no feature code for SSN1SLQ4A02?

S indicates the short distance. 4 indicates the port rate is STM-4. 1 indicates the optical wavelength is 1310 nm.

The SSN1SLQ4A02 is a universal optical interface board. Before delivery, the optical module does not always use a specific model. Each of its four ports can use any one of the I-4/S-4.1/L-4.1/L-4.2/Ve-4.2. SSN1SLQ4A15 is an S-4.1 optical module by default before delivery. In actual use, you can replace the STM-4 optical module with another STM-4 optical module.

That is, before delivery, the board with the feature code 15 is installed with the firmware optical module by default. By default, the optical module installed on the board with the feature code 02 is not firmware.

Dear friend! We can see that their characteristic codes are different. The number code that follows the board name in the bar code is the feature code of the board. The feature code of the SLQ4A indicates the type of optical interface.
