When I connect by ssl vpn client I can download file from local ftp server with 200 - 300 Kbit/s , but when I connect to this ftp on it's internet ip address I can download files with 1300 Kbit/s speed.
Why on ssl vpn it is so slow ?

On ssl vpn it is so slow because the traffic is passed encrypted.
SSL-encrypted traffic detection improves traffic threat defense for SSL-encrypted traffic. The FW decrypts SSL-encrypted traffic using the SSL-encrypted traffic detection function, and then checks content and auditing of decrypted traffic. The FW re-encrypts traffic that passes the content security check and sends the traffic to the server. In this way, traffic decrypted by the FW is still safe upon leaving the FW.
