SSL VPN client cannot login

SSL VPN client cannot login, showing an error of "no return code is received within the specified period"


no return code is received within the specified period


please help to resolve this problem.

please follow the  steps below to solve this issue.






1.    Find out the folder“C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\svndrv.inf_amd64_neutral_737817994ff38c61”, delete the whole folder.


 


2.    Uninstall the SVN Adapter


 


3.    Uninstall the Secoclient


 


4.    Open regedit, search Secoclient (click F3 then can search next), delete all of them






5.    Open regedit, search SVNdrv (click F3 then can search next), delete all of them


 


6.    Then re-install the lastest version of Secoclient which downloaded yesterday on desktop

@user_3445655 Hi,
This is a known issue in Win10, it’s caused by the SVN adapter not installed normally. please follow the step below:
1. Uninstall the Secoclient and the SVN Adapter
2. Install secoclient-win-64-1.50.3.13
