please follow the steps below to solve this issue.
1. Find out the folder“C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\svndrv.inf_amd64_neutral_737817994ff38c61”, delete the whole folder.
2. Uninstall the SVN Adapter
3. Uninstall the Secoclient
4. Open regedit, search Secoclient (click F3 then can search next), delete all of them
5. Open regedit, search SVNdrv (click F3 then can search next), delete all of them

6. Then re-install the lastest version of Secoclient which downloaded yesterday on desktop
