Issue Description

Root Cause

There is a known issue on Secoclient with Windows 10. The SVN Adapter cannot be installed normally.

Solution

1. Uninstall the Secoclient and the SVN Adapter

2. Install secoclient-win-64-1.50.3.13

Still not working, if you turn off secure boot then is ok, but companies have policy to use secure boot.
