SSH Function problem

Dear All,

I have a problem onn the Physical Topology page of the NCE O&M plane, select an NE and click SSH in the Function Options area on the right. After a user clicks SSH to log in to an NE and enters the user name and password, an SSH authentication failure message is displayed. Refresh the page and enter the authentication information again. What should I do?

Note: NCE V100R020C10SPC200 or V100R020C10SPC300 is newly installed.

Based on your problem description, you can perform the following steps to solve the problem:


1. On the application plane, choose Security Management > Configuration Compliance > Security Configuration.


2. Enter SSH in the search box, click Search, and choose Topology Management > SSH Algorithm.


3. On the displayed page, select compatible algorithms from the drop-down list box and click Save.
