Customer reported that after they upgrade the version of the 8950 phones the speed dials are not working properly, below you can find the analysis and the Solution.
Problem Description:
After the upgrade the configured speed dials are not working , after take some SIP traces we found a 404 SIP error, after that we proceed to review the XML configuration file.
1. According to the configuration file, the user has configured four accounts and deleted account 3. Account3 is empty in the configuration file.

2. The speed dial configuration shows that account 4 has been used mostly for speed dial.

3. According to the logs related to some calls made using the speed dial function, account 1 was used. The reason is that account 4 cannot be found after the upgrade, and account 1 was automatically selected for speed dial. However, account 1 cannot call these short numbers.

Root Cause: The problem after the upgrade is that the Account number were reorganized but it was not the same for the speed dial configuration, so the speed dial is trying to use an incorrect account to make the call.
Solution: Login to the IP phone web interface to modify the CallOut Account parameter manually, a new patch will be released at the end of October V200R003C30SPCg00
