Speakers Do Not Play Sound

The cable connection is correct, but the speakers do not play any sound.

Step 1 Verify that the dual in-line package (DIP) switches above Room on the speaker hosts are all at the upper positions, as shown in Figure 3-1.

Step 2 Log in to the telepresence host web interface. On the displayed page, right-click Audio Ports and choose Diagnose from the shortcut menu. Click the Automatic Test Tone tab and click Start, as shown in Figure 3-2.

If you hear the test tone (tick and clank sounds), the speaker hosts' settings and cabling are correct.
