Sometimes, one-way voice after enable record button

 [Issue Description] :

Issue details: Sometimes, one-way voice after enable record button 

Logic topology is that IP phone 7915-----U1981-----AR router------Carrier devices-----mobile 905313xxxxx

[Handling Process] :

- We checked the configuration and it was ok. 

- We checked the logs and didn't find any error appeared.

- We asked the customer to capture wireshark packets on AR router.

- After Checking the wireshrk packets : 

         - according the the following 2 pages, U1981 sent RTP flow to AR router. But AR router sent and reveived RTP flow with next device are normal.

         - Following is test normal case:

- So we confirmed the AR router didn't transfer RTP so it's AR router flow problem.

- After checking from AR router side, the issue has been solved.

[Root Cause] :

AR router didn't transfer RTP to U19 so it's AR router flow problem.

[Solution] :

You need to upgrade AR router version to V200R009C00SPC500
