Dear Team

Some points of VCN3020 external domain cameras are lost.

Upper-level: VCN3020 V1R2C00SPC108

Lower-level: Hikvision

The camera is synchronized again.

The camera is still in position, but the more than 200 camera is offline.

320 channels in total

Dear User

Based on the information you describe, this is probably due to a synchronization mechanism error.

You can check the subscription configuration of the VCN to the lower-level domain and disable this configuration item.

You can refer to the following case:

Different Information About the Same Device Displayed in the Local and External Domains

Symptom

A local domain device is shared with the external domain. However, the device information shown in the external domain is different from that in the local domain.

Possible Cause

After a local domain is shared with the external domain, you modify the device information in the local domain.

NOTE:

The device shared with the external domain cannot synchronize device information in real time, including the name, vendor, model, installation location, latitude, and longitude.

Solution

The following assumes that both the local domain and external domain are the IVS system.

NOTE:

The following uses the two-level device sharing as an example, that is, sharing a device in domain A with domain B. If three or more levels of device sharing exist, refer to the method for the two-level device sharing.

  1. Check whether the external domain is connected to the local domain using the T 28181 protocol.

  • If yes, cancel the subscription and go to 2.

  • If no, go to the next step.

  • If no, go to 2.

  • If yes, go to the next step.

  1. Log in to the OMU portal of the local domain server.

  2. Choose System Management > External Domain.

  3. In the System Domains panel, select the external domain and check whether Connection Protocol is set to T28181.

  4. Log in to the IVS C/S client of the external domain, and choose Share Device > Device Subscription.

  5. Check whether the external domain has subscribed to the device.

In the local domain, stop sharing the device with the external domain.

  1. Log in to the IVS C/S client of the local domain, and choose Share Device > Device Sharing.

  2. Find the device from the shared devices, record Connection code of the device, and stop sharing the device.

  3. Use the Connection code recorded in 2.b to share the device with the external domain again.

    NOTE:

If the local and external domains are connected through the GB/T 28181 protocol, log in to the IVS C/S client of the external domain and subscribe to the device again.

  4. Log in to the OMU portal of the external domain server and choose System Management > External Domain.

  5. Select local domain in the External Domain List panel and click Synchronization.

  6. Log in to the IVS C/S client of the external domain and refresh the Cameras list. Then go to the next step.

Check whether the fault is rectified.

If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
