Step 1 Capture data packets between:

IPC<->BBU
BBU<->Core network
Core network<->IVS

Step 2 ***yze the captured data packets. The analysis shows that the core network filters IP segments with small data length. However, the core network does not take IP layer parts into consideration. The core network discards data packets with a small number of bytes.

Step 3 Change the MTU value or restore the MTU value to the default (1500).

Access the web page of the IPC, choose Settings > Network Configuration > MTU Parameters, and change the MTU value.

Step 4 Upgrade the eCNS600 core network device to the latest version.

Step 5 Check whether the fault is rectified.

If yes, no further operation is required.
If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
