This post is about the fact that some of the cameras couldn’t be displayed on the video wall. Please read further down to find the solution.
【Problem description】
Some of the cameras couldn’t be displayed on the video wall.
【Problem analysis】
1. There were 4 DEC6001 decoders. Tried to log in to the decoder web page, but it failed.
2. Confirmed that the DEC6001 version was V100R001C21SPC101, which was outdated. R&D advised to upgrade to V100R001C21SPC203.
3. Captured 4 packets from the VCN server to decoders.
【Root cause】
1. The version V100R001C21SPC101 was outdated, which caused the decoder web page access failure.
2. The lower VCN level server firewall was running, which caused the camera video wall display error.
【Solution description】
1. Upgraded to V100R001C21SPC203.
2. Manually shut down the server firewall.
