Some cameras cannot be viewed on the video wall

Hello, dear!

This topic describes a solution to some cameras that cannot be viewed on the video wall.

Problem description and Network topology

At first, the topology of the network consists of 3 DEC6108, 3 VCN3020, and 400 hundred cameras of different models. 76 cameras went offline and stopped being viewed on video walls.

Solution

Tried to ping all VCNs and it is successful.
Ping to all IP cameras, and the ping is successful too.
Tried to ping all decoders and we succeeded.
Tried to restart the camera access gateway but nothing happened.
After restarting the DCG service, all the cameras are viewed on the video walls and IVS clients gradually.

How to collect the module logs

Collected module logs like SCU and DCG logs.
