Devices that cannot be operated are often caused by permissions issues:
1. Please check the cluster relationship first. In a clustered environment, deleting the camera is not really a deletion, it just changes the camera to a blacklist.
2. Check if the permissions of the server have changed, such as file read and write permissions.
Solution
1. You can dissolve the cluster and delete the camera first. Then create the cluster again.
2. Reinstall the IVS software. Make sure that the server's files have sufficient permissions.
