Some camera cannot view the live video

Hello, dear!

Good day to you!

I have some camera connecting to the IVS3800, the version of IVS3800 is V100R019C50SPC303.

Two of the cameras cannot view the live video.

Can you help me?

Hello, dear User, As you mentioned, you have a lot of cameras, I suggest you choose two normal cameras that are on the same MPUR as the faulty one and compare them with the normal one, which may help you quickly find the problem.
