Maintenance man saw a abnormal alert on eSight server. it likes this:

[Scenario & version]
eSight ver: V300R006C00SPC506
[Analysis process]
we log in the eSight server, then checked the usage space of each directory. we found there were a large number of logs which took up about 60G disk space.

[Root cause]
The historic log files took up a large number of disk space.
[Solution]
Clear these logs by manual. involved directories are as below:
/opt/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/log/diag/tnslsnr/eSightPri/esightlistener/trace
/opt/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/log/diag/tnslsnr/eSightPri/esightlistener/alert
/opt/esight/AppBase/var/iemp/data/dump/
/opt/esight/AppBase/var/iemp/log/
[Suggestion]
For these requirement of time periods which different historic log files stored, according to requirement of local maintenance team, to make a regular cleanup plan.
