Solarfusion - cannot access app

Is the Solarfusion portal down? When I try to login (at intl.fusionsolar.huawei.com) I get directed to https://region02eu5.fusionsolar.huawei.com/pvmswebsite/assets/build/index.html#/home/list  but this shows just a blank page with nothing on it. I want to know if this is a problem with your service, or is there a problem with our own equipment?

Your domain name may be incorrect. The domain name varies from country to country. You are advised to contact the PV center to obtain the correct domain name and send an email to the following email address to describe your problem and attach the SN of your device. You can also refer to the following posts:

Thank you Kunthea, but I have sorted out my problem. I normally use a desktop computer to access Solarfusion. This gave the blank page I referred to. I tried on my smartphone and this time that page had a pop-up box asking me to confirm agreement with the privacy policy. Having done this, I was able to access the app on both phone and desktop. I don’t know if the blank page when using a desktop was a problem with me or with the Solarfusion website. Anyway, problem solved. Thanks.
