Ok. I use putty to access the CLI which is definitely not correct. Maybe I misunderstood, but to repurpose the software I need the Miniusb. Right? And then where can I find the software to install on the switch? Thanks for your patience Best regards Matteo

First, we need to confirm our problem. For example, if our package is missing, you can refer to the link I sent you to reinstall the package. If you cannot access the CLI, you need to clear the password and then go to the CLI. If you can enter the command line and need to perform other operations, you can perform the operations according to the specific objectives.

So I turn on the switch, but it reloads continuously without stopping, then I ran the CTRL + B command, but I don't find anything interesting. How can I show you the problem? do I make you a screen? Also I would like to solve the problem by installing the "operating system" from scratch. I don't know if I made myself clear, if not, I apologize. |

Hello User. you can follow the procedure to load the software using the bootload option. You can follow the steps from procedure 4.3 from the upgrade manual.
